33 lucky Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 33 lucky website at 33lucky.net, any associated mobile applications, and all games, services, and features made available through them.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the 33 lucky platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means PKR funds deposited by you and currently held in your 33 lucky Account that have not been designated as bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to your Account by 33 lucky subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole transaction currency of the 33 lucky platform.
• "Game Rules" means the individual rules governing each game available on the Platform, accessible within each respective game interface.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gaming services such as 33 lucky is unlawful under applicable local law.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for or use 33 lucky. This requirement is strictly enforced. 33 lucky reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied. Any winnings generated by an Account subsequently found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be voided and forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that accessing and using 33 lucky is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence or physical location at the time of use. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws. 33 lucky takes no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

2.3 Registration Process

To create a 33 lucky Account you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number (for payment integration via Easypaisa or JazzCash), and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 33 lucky may reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

2.4 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one active 33 lucky Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed immediately, and any Real Money Balance held in secondary accounts may be confiscated after investigation.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33 lucky login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs on your Account using your credentials will be treated as authorised activity unless you have previously notified 33 lucky of a security breach at [email protected].

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

33 lucky may at any time require you to provide documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and the source of funds deposited into your Account. This includes but is not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address issued in Pakistan, and screenshots of Easypaisa or JazzCash transaction history where relevant. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and potentially account closure.

3.3 Account Closure

You may close your 33 lucky Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your preferred PKR payment method after standard identity verification. Bonus Balances with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

33 lucky accepts PKR deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, standard bank transfer (including HBL and other major Pakistani banks), and USDT TRC20. All deposits are credited to your Account in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your 33 lucky Account and may vary by payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to an internal review period. 33 lucky aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one to three business days. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the cashier. 33 lucky does not charge a platform fee on standard PKR withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

4.3 Transaction Limits

Individual and cumulative transaction limits apply to all 33 lucky Accounts. These limits are intended to support responsible gaming and may be adjusted at 33 lucky's discretion. You may also voluntarily set lower deposit limits on your own Account through the Responsible Gaming settings — a change that takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on 33 lucky are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied by 33 lucky. Any conversion costs incurred by your bank or mobile money provider are outside 33 lucky's control and are borne entirely by you.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards issued by 33 lucky are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 33 lucky Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

33 lucky employs fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements, systematically exploiting technical errors, and any form of collusion with other users. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, 33 lucky reserves the right to void all associated bonus and bonus-derived winnings and to close the affected Account.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated at the time of issuance will be automatically removed from your Account. Validity periods are typically stated in days from the date of credit and will be visible in your Account's promotions section.

6. Gameplay & Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability

33 lucky offers a range of games including but not limited to live dealer games (Baccarat, Teen Patti, Sic Bo, Andar Bahar), Jackpot Slots, crash games, RNG table games, and sports betting markets including cricket and HBL Pakistan Super League fixtures. Game availability is subject to change at 33 lucky's discretion. Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP)

Each game on the 33 lucky platform has a published theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage which represents the expected long-term payout relative to total wagers placed. 6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33 lucky platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification

6.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, 33 lucky's servers will complete the round according to the game's built-in rules. Reconnecting to the Platform after a disconnection will show the completed round result. 33 lucky is not liable for losses that occur as a direct result of disconnection caused by factors outside the Platform's infrastructure.

7. Responsible Gaming

33 lucky is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all users in Pakistan. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be considered a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

7.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 33 lucky Account holders at no charge, accessible from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour review period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum PKR amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely block access to your 33 lucky Account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the stated minimum period.

7.2 User Obligations

By using 33 lucky, you agree that you are gaming for entertainment purposes only, that you are not gaming with funds you cannot afford to lose, and that you will make use of the responsible gaming tools available to you if your gaming habits change.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 33 lucky Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, and database architecture — is the intellectual property of 33 lucky or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. By registering for a 33 lucky Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, financial transactions, and gameplay activity. 33 lucky does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

33 lucky endeavours to provide continuous access to the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. 33 lucky is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability caused by factors outside its direct control.

10.2 Gaming Losses

33 lucky is not liable for any financial losses you incur through gameplay on the Platform. By using 33 lucky, you acknowledge and accept that gambling involves risk and that outcomes are determined by certified random processes outside 33 lucky's ability to predict or manipulate.

10.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33 lucky's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total PKR amount held in your Real Money Balance at the time the claim arose.

10.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 33 lucky, its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

33 lucky reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without advance notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated applicable law, or where account closure is required for responsible gaming reasons. In the event of termination for cause, 33 lucky may confiscate any Bonus Balance and review the legitimacy of winnings before processing any Real Money Balance return. You may challenge a termination decision by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notice of closure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

33 lucky reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to payment terms, eligibility rules, or bonus conditions — 33 lucky will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via an on-screen notification on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of 33 lucky after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
